RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At FATHEN, every piece is carefully inspected and packed to maintain premium quality standards.

• Returns and refunds are not available.

• In case of a damaged or incorrect item, only exchange/replacement will be provided.

• Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and product images.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

• Sale and promotional items are not eligible for exchange.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

FATHEN reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the above conditions.
